Allied Uniking's FTP Server information

FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol, this is a means of reliably transfering files from the Internet.

If you are unfamiliar with FTP, I have provided a shareware program that will make things much easier.

If you require a file from us that is not on this ftp server, please contact one  the

Engineers on the contacts directory. You can also e-mail me, or call us at 901-365-7240.

To Send or Recevie a file from us with WSFTP.

First Start WSFTP, then click the NEW button to make a new session.

Fill in the new sessions as shown.

The profile name is just a description.

The host name needs to be exactly as shown here.

Host type is anonymous

Password should be your e-mail address. Note this is in the format name@place.com

Make sure anonymous is checked, and be sure to hit Save.

After you are finished, hit the CONNECT button.

This should bring up the following

To transfer files from your computer to us. Double Click on the directory

called incoming. This is where files that  are sent to us are stored.

To transfer a file to us, find the file on your computer using the window on the left,

Highlight the file or files then click on the bottom arrow in the middle of the screen. This is the arrow pointing to the right.

To transfer files FROM Allied Uniking, double click on the Outgoing folder, then highlight the files you need,

the on the left window, browse to where you want the files sent, and click on the top arrow in the middle.

This is the arrow pointing to the left.

Please not that large files will take a while to download, depending on the speed of your network connection or your modem.
